The date for Registration, Confirmation, and Institute Level Admissions has been extended until 23-10-2024. Candidates can register and confirm their application forms through the FC and take admissions in the institutes until 23-10-2024. CAP मार्फत प्रवेशित महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे अधिवासी व वार्षिक उत्पन्न रु. 8.00 लाख पर्यन्त असणाऱ्या विद्यार्थीनींकरिता “शिक्षण शुल्क शिष्यवृत्ती योजना” लागू केली असून आकारण्यात येणारे १०० टक्के शिक्षण व परीक्षा शुल्क माफ करण्यात आलेले आहे. या करीता https://mahadbt.maharashtra.gov.in/ पोर्टलवर अर्ज करण्याची सुविधा सुरू झालेली असून तातडीने अर्ज करावा(वर्किंग प्रोफेशनल वगळून).

NOTE:     
Information regarding E-Scrutiny Mode and Physical Scrutiny Mode for Online filling and confirmation of Application Form for admission, Eligibility Criteria for admission, Application fee, Important Instructions for candidates etc. shall be as per the admission notice published by this Directorate vide, DTE/Diploma- Admission Notice/DSD2024/246-EN, Dated 07.06.2024.

CAP ROUND I
1 Display of Provisional Category wise Seats (Seat Matrix) for CAP Round I

4 Accepting the offered seat by the Candidate through his/her login as per Allotment of CAP Round I.

a) The candidate shall self verify the seat allotment made to him/her in the CAP Round I by accepting the declaration through his login and certifying that that his/her claims related with Qualifying Marks, category, gender, reservation, specific reservation etc. made by Candidate in the application form are correct and the relevant documents uploaded to substantiate his/her claims are authentic and correct.

b) If candidate found that the claim made by him is not correct and he/she wants to correct the error, (errors as per the clause (e) of sub rule(4) of rule 9 given in information brochure) the candidate shall report the grievance through his Login either by e-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny Mode.

c)Candidates who have been allotted the seat as per their first preference in Round I (autofreezed), shall pay the seat acceptance fee through online mode. Such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in subsequent Round.

d)Candidates who have been allotted other than first preference and self freezed their allotment in Round I through their login must accept the seat and shall pay the seat acceptance fee through online mode. Such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in subsequent Round. [Candidate must exercise this option carefully.]

e)Candidates who have been allotted other than first preference and want betterment in the subsequent round must claim the allotted seat in Round I by accepting that seat for betterment and shall pay the seat acceptance fee through online mode.

a) Candidates who have accepted the seat as per 4(c), 4(d) above must report to allotted Institute for confirmation of admission.

b) The Institute shall verify the required documents and upload the admission of the candidates in the online system through Institute Login immediately and shall issue a system generated receipt of confirmation of admission & fee paid receipt to the candidate. If it is found that the seat allotted to the candidate is on the false claims made in the application by the candidate, then institute shall not admit such candidate and such candidate shall raise the grievance either by e-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny Mode to update his/her credentials.

a) Participating Candidates to whom the first time allotment is made or got betterment in allotment or No betterment/earlier seat retained in round II shall be final. Such Candidates must report to allotted Institute for confirmation of admission.

17 For admission in separate division for Working professionals:- Pre-Cut-off Date for admission to separate division for Working Professional – Note:- The institute can admit the Candidate for Institutional Quota and vacant seats after Two CAP Round till the pre-cut-off date only. If the admissions to a course after pre-cut-off date are below ⅓ rd of the approved intake then the Re-allocation of candidates from the courses having admissions less than ⅓ rd of the approved intake to the courses having admission not less than ⅓ rd of sanction intake shall be carried out by the Competent Authority as per the Rule 13. The process adopted by the Competent Authority to transfer the working professionals shall be declared by separate Notice and it shall be published on admission website.

Important Note: -
1.All types of candidates aspiring for admission under CAP seats shall register, get Documents Verified & Application Form confirmed either by E-Scrutiny Mode or Physical Scrutiny Mode. Such eligible registered candidates shall be considered for CAP Merit and admission through CAP.
2.The candidates aspiring for admission for Institutional Quota, seats remaining vacant after CAP, it is mandatory to get registered, documents verified and confirmation of application either by E-Scrutiny Mode or Physical Scrutiny Mode. Such candidates must apply separately to Institutes for admissions. Merit of such candidates shall be prepared by the Institute at the institute level.
Important Instructions for candidates:-
1. If candidates fail to confirm online filled application form as per the mode selected either by E-Scrutiny Mode or Physical Scrutiny Mode, then such applications will be rejected and name of such candidates will not appear in the merit list(s) prepared for the purpose of Admission for both CAP as well as Non-CAP process.
2. All Backward Class candidates (for VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC,SEBC Category) shall produce Non Creamy Layer certificate valid up to 31st March 2025 as per the mode selected either by E-Scrutiny Mode or Physical Scrutiny Mode. If these candidates are not able to produce the Non Creamy Layer certificate, then such candidates will be treated as GENERAL category candidates and such candidates will not be able to claim Reserved seats under the admission process.

General Notes:-
1. Candidate who have opted Physical Scrutiny Mode can avail the IT facility which is available at Facilitation Centre (FC) free of cost for submission, scanning and uploading documents, and confirmation of Application form.
2. For Physical Scrutiny Mode:, List of FC's is available on website and these FC's shall remain open during the schedule between 10,00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m
3.Eligibility, Rules & regulations for admission shall be made available on the website.
4. The schedule displayed above is provisional and may change under unavoidable circumstances.
